A 2009 graduate of Suffolk University, Cipullo holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Journalism, with a minor in Marketing/Public Relations. She currently sits on the board of the Cape Cod Canal Region Chamber of Commerce and has been an Ambassador for the Plymouth Area Chamber of Commerce for over a decade, a role in which she also received the Chamber’s Ambassador of the Year award. Cipullo also served on the Plymouth Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors for six years. Her involvement extends to organizations such as the Cape Cod Young Professionals, Cranberry Country Chamber, and more.
Cipullo’s leadership has been widely recognized. In 2015, she was named a Cape & Plymouth Business 40 Under 40 honoree, an award highlighting the region’s top young business leaders who excel in their industries and demonstrate dynamic leadership. In 2022, she received the Global Success Leadership Award from OKI ME, LLC., honoring global leaders who help others find work, purpose, well-being, and success.
Reflecting on her journey, Cipullo remarked, “The past two years have been an incredible experience as I worked toward executive leadership of the company, implementing plans to enhance our offerings. When I received the C&P Business 40 Under 40 honor in 2015, I could never have imagined that I would one day step into the role of the first woman owner of the business.”
